Softcamp has requested a preliminary screening for listing on the KOSDAQ

Softcamp has made an IPO submission for listing on the KOSDAQ merging with KB No.11 SPAC.
The company will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting to be approved the merger in November and have plan to be listed on the KOSDAQ market in December. They have been preparing for the IPO for the past five years after entering the KONEX market, and have viewed this year is the right time to entering the KOSDAQ market.
Softcamp is the first generation security company in South Korea and was listed in the KONEX market in 2014. The company holds 37 domestic patents and 19 overseas patents, has 530 customers at home and abroad.
For fiscal 2018, consolidated revenue increased 27% year over year, to $15 million. Consolidated revenue for the first half of this year also rose 41% to $7.2 million in the comparable period last year, and operating profit jumped 886% over the same period.
